Snuggle up in king-sized beds. Fresh linen and a choice of pillows ensure a great night in bed after an indulgent day of exploration.
Energy efficient, including double-glazed sliding doors and windows, the cabins are warm in the winter and cool in the summer with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Private decks have dual bike racks, so safely hang your wheels while you refresh in the over-sized rainfall shower.

Our selection is a curated mix of classics, award-winners, rare finds, cellar-door exclusives, and New World creations. Each will be chosen to suit our timber bar, leather recliners, warm pot belly fire, and the fresh air of our unique location in Pemberton.
The Scottish whisky regions will be well covered, with whiskies such as Lagavulin and Bruichladdich from Islay, Glenfarclas and Miltonduff from Speyside, Springbank from Campbeltown, Talisker from the Isle of Skye, and Old Pulteney from the Highlands.
Pot still, malt, grain, blends, and whiskey with an ‘e’ from the Emerald Isle will sit alongside international award-winners, such as Taiwan’s Kavalan, Canada’s Crown Royal, Japan's Hibiki, and India's Amrut.
A curated collection of American rye and bourbon whiskey will find their place, from classic Kentucky and Tennessee favourites, bottled in bond varieties, and those from small-batch family distilleries.
Naturally, we pay homage to our unique location, with an in-depth selection from across Australia. To assist with your selection, our resident expert will unfold the stories and tastes of each bottle, whether you're a whisky first-timer or a seasoned pro.

FARM TO PLATE SEASONAL CUISINE
Jaspers food offering combines family recipes from the local Italian community with the southwests' world-class seasonal produce.
As a member of the Southern Forests Food Council – which showcases the finest seasonal ingredients from across the Manjimup area – Jaspers’ Jarrah and Marri tasting platters will be adorned with fine fresh seasonal goods, such as truffles, figs, finger limes, avocados, rainbow trout, olives, marron, berries, hazelnuts, honey, and much more from growers in Manjimup, Pemberton, Northcliffe, and Walpole.
